About Paint the Moon

Paint the Moon wasn’t created from a business plan.
It came from noticing patterns - in myself, in my family, and in the people around me.

Moments where thoughts felt overwhelming.
Where emotions felt bigger than expected.
Or where everything felt all or nothing.

For a long time, these moments were easy to misunderstand.

Sometimes it can feel like you’re the only one experiencing this…

Not Everything Needs a Label

Over time, I began to see that not everything needs to be diagnosed to be understood.

Some people will recognise these patterns as ADHD.
Others won’t relate to that label at all.

But the experiences are still there.

The overwhelm.
The overthinking.
The switching between being completely focused… and completely stuck.

Paint the Moon was created as a space to explore these patterns - without pressure, judgement or the need to define yourself.

Real Life, Not Textbook Explanations

This isn’t a clinical space.

It’s built around real-life moments.

Starting something simple and getting distracted.
Feeling deeply affected by something small.
Having big ideas and energy one moment… and none the next.

But it doesn’t stop there.

Life brings different experiences that can affect how we think and feel -
from busy minds and overwhelm…
to life stages, changing emotions, and everything in between.

The kind of things that don’t always make sense - until someone explains them in a way that feels familiar.

so you can start working with it, instead of constantly feeling like you’re fighting against it.
